What this is
GMP Rate Shopper is an independent index of estimated reseller rates for Google Marketing Platform — DV360, SA360, and CM360. It exists because these products have no public pricing, which leaves buyers negotiating blind against partners who negotiate this every day. The tool gives the buyer a starting picture of the market before the first call.
Where the numbers come from
Every figure on this site is an estimate, expressed as a range, drawn from two sources: information that partners and the wider industry have already made public, and quotes that buyers submit anonymously after receiving them. That's it. Nothing here is copied from a rate card, a signed agreement, or anything shared under confidence.
We chose that boundary deliberately. An index built on leaked pricing would be both untrustworthy and a liability. An index built on public information and volunteered quotes is something a buyer can actually rely on, and something that gets better every time someone contributes.
Why ranges, not prices
A single number would imply a precision that doesn't exist. These rates are negotiated, and they move with spend, term, service level, and how many platforms you're buying. A range is the honest representation: it shows you the band a partner is likely to quote within, and when two partners' ranges overlap heavily, that overlap is telling you the price is soft and worth pushing on.
Confidence, stated plainly
Not every estimate is equally solid. Some are corroborated by several independent data points; some rest on a single anecdote. Rather than hide that, the tool marks each partner's confidence level, because a buyer deserves to know the difference between a well-supported estimate and an educated guess.
How you can make it better
If a partner has quoted you, submit the rate. It's anonymous, it takes a minute, and it does more to sharpen these estimates than any amount of desk research. In return, you'll see where your quote sits against the range.
What this isn't
This is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any sales partner. It doesn't sell licenses and it isn't a partner itself. It's a buyer-side reference, built to make a deliberately opaque market a little more legible.
